摘要
校园网络文化具有不可估量的育人作用。高校要全面加强校园网络建设和管理工作,搭建公共支撑平台,扩大网络文化建设载体;重视信息化和网络文化专业人才队伍培养,为校园网络文化建设提供保障;树立正确的网络文化导向,加强对学生的教育和引导,培养学生正确的上网意识和自律能力;建设多功能综合性的数字化社区,加强网络德育建设,构建和谐的校园网络文化环境。
Campus network culture has tremendous role in educational function. Colleges should enhance the work of campus network construction and management and expend the carrier of network culture. They should attach importance to training a group of professionals, and provide insurances for constructing campus network culture. They should establish right guidance of network culture, intensify the guidance for students, foster the right awareness of using Intemet and self- discipline ability, construct multifunctional and all- round digital communities, and build up harmonious environment of campus network culture.
