摘要
关键路径法作为一种项目时间管理技术,目前已成为包括医学在内的多领域管理中应用最为广泛的计划与控制方法之一。遗体捐献是一项促进医学发展、益国利民的爱心事业,也是解决目前国内各医学院校的教学人体标本来源匮乏的重要途径。在遗体捐献工作中引进关键路径理念,在认捐登记、接受咨询、实施捐献以及对工作人员的培训等多个环节中应用,从而可以更好地为遗体捐献工作服务。
Critical path method （CPM） is an important tool for effective project management. It is widely used in many fields, including construction, medicine, and engineering, among others. Body donation is useful for understanding the human body and advancing science. It is an important way to solve the shortage of teaching cadavers in medical schools. The introduction of the critical path concept in the key steps of body donation, such as registration , consulting and training staff, could better the services of body donation.
