摘要
目的:探讨妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇及新生儿围产期的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析2007年在我院分娩的52例妊娠合并乙型肝炎的产妇,通过积极临床干预,观察产妇和新生儿情况。结果:52例中无1例发生产后大出血,未发生新生儿垂直传播。结论:正确的围产期护理和临床干预效果满意。
Objective： To investigate the nursing of the perinatal pregnancy women with hepatitis B virus infection and infants. Method： 52 eases of perinatal pregnancy women with hepatitis B virus infection and infants nursed in 2007 were retrospectively analyzed, the conditions of the perinatal pregnancy women and infants were observed after active intervention. Results： None post partum hemorrhage and vertical transmission was found among all cases. Conclusion： Satisfied effect would be gained through proper nursing of perinatal pregnancy and clinical intervention.
