摘要 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT减影法血管成像在头颈部血管成像中的应用价值。方法:36例患者先后进行平扫及增强扫描,原始数据传入工作站,以平扫图像为蒙片进行减影,最后进行三维血管成像处理,评价常规CTA与减影法CTA图像质量及病变的影像表现。其中18例同时进行了DSA检查,8例同时进行了MRA、DSA检查。结果:血管重建后总体可评价率为95.1%。检查结果与DSA基本一致。结论:16层螺旋CT减影法血管成像可以提供高质量的三维重建图像,影像显示明显优于常规法CTA,方法准确可靠。 Objective: To discuss 16 screw CT in reducing the shade law blood vessel image formation in the pate blood vessel image formation application value. Method: 36 example patients carry on successively sweep and the enhancement scanning evenly, the primary data spreads to the workstation, take sweeps the image to carry on evenly as the Mongolian piece reduces the shade, finally carries on three dimensional blood vessel image formation processing, appraisal convention CTA with reduces the shade law CTA picture quality and the pathological change phantom performance. 18 examples have simultaneously carried on the DSA inspection, 8 examples have simultaneously carried on MRA, the DSA inspection. Result: After the blood vessel reconstruction the overall may appraise rate is 95. 1%. Inspection result with DSA basic consistent. Conclusion :16 screw CT reduces the shade law blood vessel image formation to be possible to provide the high grade three dimensional reconstruction image,the phantom demonstrated surpasses conventional law CTA obviously, the method accurately reliable.
