摘要
长期以来,不少水泥企业的设备管理一直采用事后和定期检修的管理模式,检修周期按照经验来确定,设备的运行监测主要靠耳听、手摸。随着水泥工业生产向大型化、连续化、自动化方向迈进,这种传统的管理模式已越来越难适应水泥工业发展的形势。针对以上问题,对在水泥行业开展设备科学管理作了有益的探讨,从而保证设备高效、稳定地运行。
