摘要
分析了油管自动清洗的工艺流程,对上下料机构、清洗机构和电气控制系统等进行了设计,构建了油管在线清洗控制装置,满足了油管清洗的要求。该装置具有自动化程度高、生产效率高、除垢干净等优点,适用于清洗堵塞的油管及各种化学成分的结垢物。
The automatic cleaning flow was analyzed, the up-down-stuff structure, cleaning structure and electric control system were designed, the control device of cleaning pipeline on line was established, which satisfied the requests of cleaning pipe. The device has many advantages such as high automation, high production efficiency, removing Scale cleanly and etc. and it is be applied to cleaning air-logged pipe and all kinds of chemical compositions.
