摘要
随着改革开放的推进,企业劳动关系领域内的各种问题会伴随着改革的深化不断产生。本着及时发现问题,有的放矢地解决问题,本文构建了企业劳动关系和谐度的评价指标体系,并依据此评价体系,对我国某市三类所有制类型的企业劳动关系和谐度进行了评价,找出了影响各类企业劳动关系和谐的因素,从而为政策制定者发现问题提供一定的参考。从评价的过程和结果来看,评价体系是科学可行的。
With further development of economic reforms, different kinds of problems are occurring in labor relationships of enterprises with different ownerships. To address and settle problems, this paper is designed to talk about the possibility of establishing a harmony-degree evaluation index system for labor relationships of enterprises. Furthermore, the harmony degree of labor relationships in three different ownership of enterprises in some city of China was evaluated. The results should be helpful to discover problems and helpful for policy makers to refer to. Accordingly, the evaluation system can be scientific and feasible.
