摘要
物流外协是高效的节约社会物流资源的一种物流运营模式。但由于物流外协市场的信息不能共享或社会信用机制不健全,导致许多企业不愿采用这种运营方式,而坚持原有的"大而全,小而全"的传统模式。文章从博弈论角度出发,分析物流业者和物流服务商之间的博弈关系,找出内在原因,探索解决办法,实现物流外协的可持续发展。
Logistics outsourcing is one of the efficient, social resources saving operation model. Many enterprises keep a ＂all business in one company＂ traditional mode for asymmetric information, insufficient-sharing information, and incomplete credit system in logistics outsourcing market. The paper discusses the game relationship between logistics owners and servers with modern game theory to find out reasons and resolutions so as to realize sustainable development of the logistics outsoureing industry.
