摘要
现代教师正确的人生价值取向是教育成功的一个重要保证,也是作为一名合格的现代教师的基本素质。作为一名教师应努力去追求正确的人生价值取向,以达到自身的自我实现,使教师形象无愧于"人师"的称号。
The correct inclination of school teachers＇ life values is important to guarantee their success. Also, it is an indicator to show that one is an eligible teacher. To be a qualified teacher, one should work hard to pursue the correct inclination of intellectual life values so to finally achieve his self-fulfillment, and make teachers＇ image according with the name of human＇s teacher. What one actually does should be balanced with what one＇s dear title ＂teacher＂ bears.
