摘要
本文结合深圳信息职业技术学院师资队伍建设实践,对通过合并重组提升的高职院校的师资队伍建设问题进行了探索与研究,并对在工学结合模式下如何进一步加强高职院校师资队伍建设提出了思考和建议,以期对促进高职院校师资队伍建设有所启示。
Based on years of practice and experience in faculty development of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology, this paper is designed to explore the possibility of how to help improve its existing faculty teams to update when a technical college has just been merged from different smaller and lower-grade institutions. The proposed measures for the purpose include helping faculty individuals achieve "two high' s" (high degree + high position) and "two certificate's" (a certificate for instructor + a certificate for practitioner), adjusting the structure of the team as a whole, highlighting backbones and bridge corners, providing opportunities for advanced studies, setting up the strategic system for long-run development, enhancing disciplines for implementation, strengthening research for interaction, introducing part-time teachers for complementation. In addition, reflections and suggestions are brought in which might come as enlightenments to professionals who are engaged in the improvement program.
