在体育教学中渗透心理健康教育是对学生进行教育的主要途径之一。体育教学除了需要教师具有良好的专业技术知识,同时更要求教师具备较高的心理健康教育知识水平。心理健康教育是一个持续的过程,它要求教师和学生长年累月的思想积累和健康积累,才能达到心理上的真正健康。
