摘要
在公安院校学员管理工作中,新学员适应性问题是公安院校教育工作者频频论及的课题。新学员进入校园,处在人生的一个重要转折阶段,面对新的环境和学习任务,首要问题是如何尽快地适应大学生活、适应新的环境。对新学员进行适应性教育是公安院校学员管理工作者当前一项十分重要的工作。
In the work of the management in police college students, the question on the adaptability of education about freshmen is a continual topic which is talking about by the university educators. When they enter the university, the freshmen are at an important turning point in the life stage and in the face of the new environment and learning tasks. The most important issue is how to quickly adapt to the university life and adapt to the new environment. The adaptability of education is a very important work for the workers on the management of police college students.
