摘要
县级文化馆作为国家设立的公益性文化事业单位,在建设社会主义先进文化、构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥着重要的作用。新形势新任务要求县级文化馆必须牢固树立服务理念,始终坚持正确的服务方向,不断活跃群众文化生活,营造和谐社会的文化"大环境";挖掘、保护和传承优秀民族民间文化,发展和丰富群众文化内涵,从而在构建和谐社会中发挥应有的作用。
County level culture house as being a public good cultural affairs department that the state set up , it brings important functions into play in constructing socialistic advanced culture and socialistic harmonious society . The new situation and new tasks require the county level culture house must firmly uphold the service notion , thoroughly keep accurate service direction, constantly activate the mass＇s cultural live , build a harmonious cultural ＂great circumstance＂ ; excavate ,protect and inherit the splendid national folks culture , and develop and enrich the connotation of the mass culture, so as to take expected functions in constructing harmonious society.
