摘要
研究了植物激素(IAA、GA_3、6—BA、ABA)和蔗糖对稀脉浮萍6746开花的影响。结果表明,IAA、GA_3强烈抑制开花,6—BA,ABA和蔗糖都不同程度地促进开花,特别是ABA在一定程度上可以代替光周期诱导。并对激素和蔗糖在开花中的作用进行了讨论。
The effect of IAA, GA_3, 6-BA, ABA and sucrose on the flowe-ring of Lemna Perpusilla Torr 6746 were studied. The results showedthat IAA and GA_3 inhibited flowering strongly, 6-BA, ABA andsucrose promoted flowering in different degrees. especially ABAmight substituted for SD induction in certain decrees. The physiological effects of phytohormones and sucrose in the floweringprocess were disscussed.
