摘要
需要心理学是研究人的需要心理现象及其规律的科学。高校思想政治教育工作者必须尊重当代大学生的心理需要,遵循大学生新时期心理需要的规律。学会利用其心理需求开展教育工作,处理问题,服务于大学生的做人和成才。
Psychology of need is the science studying the psychological need and the law. The workers of ideological and political education must respect the psychological needs of contemporary college students, and follow the law of psychological need in the new era, learn to work and deal with the problems by using psychological needs, in order to help college students to be the talent.
