摘要
数控刀具是提高切削和进刀速度的重要环节。分析近几年来在刀具材料、结构科技领域里的现状及发展趋势,指出数控刀具的创新成果往往会引起机加工观念上的巨大变革,所产生的社会效益和经济效益也是巨大的。随着我国制造业加快融入全球化生产制造体系,预计我国的数控刀具将得到进一步发展和推广应用。
An important part of NC tools is to increase the cutting and feeding speeds. The paper analyzed scientific knowledge of modern NC cutting tools and present status ＆ development trends of NC tools＇ material and structure in recent years. Point out that new achievement in NC tools often brings on tremendous change of machine concept and tremendous social and economic results. As Chinese manufacturing industry adds to the globalization production system, it is predicted that the NC tools will be developed and applied extensively.
