摘要
介绍2008年第45届国际风景园林师联合会(IFLA)国际大学生设计竞赛三等奖作品的设计思路和成果。根据本次竞赛主题"因水而变",针对沿海城市快速发展与土地紧缺的矛盾,选取天津蓟运河河口潮间带地区,基于河口海岸学最新研究进展进行大胆假设,通过恢复盐沼湿地和潮沟,提出顺应海岸带生态过程的滩涂利用方式,应对海洋灾害的能源、淡水、食物的供给策略及避难空间规划,创造突出海岸特色和近自然的城市景观,为当前的海岸带土地开发和城市规划、景观设计提供参考和设计思路。
The conception and design process of the 3^rd Prize plan "Waving Mat" in the 45^th International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) International Student Design Competition, of which the theme is "Transforming with Water", are introduced in this paper. The site is situated in the west of Bohai Bay, which is one of the most urbanized and excessively developed bay areas. Here the author show a tidal sensitive rolling growth mode that keeps the urban growth in balance with the rate of marsh sedimentation. The mesh-frame buildings provides shelter for people and live stocks, in which vegetables are planted, water is collected and energy is generated, so that the system will be self-sufficient in case of ocean disasters. The landscape urbanism presents a seascape tidal scene and also sustainable urban development conception for coastal cities.
