摘要 论文以关中地区渭河南岸小城镇为对象,对城——河关系进行综合研究,揭示其互动关系及内在规律;在城镇结合河流生态化建设的理念指导下,提出城镇生态建设对策,对河流地区进行整体规划与控制,根据城河关系对不同类型城镇发展予以引导,协调城镇与河流水系之间的关系,促进城镇发展与自然生态的和谐。 The richness of branches of Weihe river system is one of the main features of the geographical environment in Guanzhong plain. The blind development and poor construction of cities and towns aggravated the degeneration of the river system's natural environment, which has greatly restricted the sustainable development of the local area. In the background of town's development on the south riverside of Weihe river in Guanzhong plain, the thesis analyzes the relations between the town's and river system, discusses their functions and effects, and presents some methods on town's ecological construction with rivers to promote the harmony between town's development and ecological environment.
