摘要
本文从技术经济理论的现金流出发，结合电力工程建设的实际过程，对未来时间的造价上涨指数和造价上涨情况进行预测，提出了电力工程造价过程的动态分析模型。
From the cash flow of technological economic theory,the article,combined with the actual proces of electric power construction, predicts the rising index of the future cost and the situation of rising cost,and suggests the moving analysis model of electric power engineering cost proceos.
