摘要
皮革作为一种高分子材料,具有复杂的力学特性。本文就鞣制牛皮在单向拉伸状态下的力学特性作了详细的分析,得出如下结论:皮革强度肩部较臀部大,沿平行于脊柱方向较沿垂直于脊柱方向大,这分别与皮革的非均匀性和各向异性相吻合。另外本文还拟合出了皮革在单向拉伸下名义应力与名义应变的经验公式一抛物线方程式。
As a high polymer material,Leather has some complexity mechanical properties. The mechanical properties of tan hides of bovine leather in tension were detail studied in the paper. The condusion is that the leather from shoulder is stronger than that from buttecks,and the leather's strength is higher in the direction parallel to spinal colunm than in the di rection perpendicular to spinal colunm. These coincide with leather's non-even and ansisotropic properties respectively. Re gressive formulae about norminal strcss with norminal strain of leather in tension were wotked out.
