摘要
介绍了电力技术改造工程项目计划管理系统的研制开发与设计。该系统用于电力工程项目管理工作中，可提高工作效率，实现完成大量资料的保存、调用等工作。采用混合编程技术使该系统界面为规范标准的图形方式，汉字提示，易学易用。
In this paper,the reserching,developing and designing for management system of electric power project items' plan is presented. Useing it in lhe management items of electric pow-er project,efficiency can be promoted,a deal of the dates can be preserved and used- As useing the tcechnique of mixed programming,so the interface is standard and displang with picture ways.The present system is displayed with Chinese characters. It is easy to learn and use it.
