摘要
针对史深100油田的油层物性特点,根据油气层损害的机理,合理地选择了聚合物铵盐泥浆体系,采用颗粒半径约为1.66μm的超细碳酸钙和单向压力封闭剂作为屏蔽暂堵剂,并通过对泥浆中固相颗粒、滤失量、pH值、密度的控制,实现油层保护。现场实施效果表明:实施油层保护的6口井比没有实施油层保护的6口井初始增产96%,稳产增产51.5%,取得了很明显的效果。钻井液油层保护技术对于其它油田也具有一定的推广价值。
Regarding to Petro physics of rservoir in Shishen 100 oilfield,a polyamine polymer mud system is properly selected based on mechanism of formation damage.Using superfine calcium carbonate grains with radius of 1 66μm and unidirectional presssure sealer as shielding diverting agent,controlling solid particles,filter loss,pH and density of mud reservoir protection is realized.Results of field application show that the six wells with reservoir protection get 96% of initial production increase and 51.5% of stable production increase compared with the six wells without reservoir protection.That is a satisfied result.The reservoir protection technology for drilling fluids can be used extendly in other oilfields.
