非酒精性脂肪性肝炎诊断的研究进展

Advances in the diagnosis of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis

摘要 疾病的诊断均从问病史开始,体检、生物化学指标的检测、影像诊断、组织学检查等。体重指数和腰臀比例可作为NAFLD发生的有效预测指标,血糖、血脂常规检查也有助于诊断,但有20%左右的NAFLD患者在确诊时,体重、血脂、血糖均在正常范围。
