镶嵌耐磨圈活塞浇铸工艺分析及模具优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 铝基活塞镶嵌耐磨圈是大功率内燃机的一个发展方向。由于活塞本体与镶嵌圈所用的材料不同,性能相差悬殊,且又是在高温环境下工作,本体层与镶嵌层粘接质量对于活塞寿命至关重要。镶圈活塞的铸造过程对粘接质量起决定性作用。对镶圈活塞的浇铸工艺及铸造模具设计进行优化设计,以此提高粘接质量,从而延长了镶圈活塞的使用寿命。 Aluminum-based piston enchased wearing ring is a development directionof high-powered gas engine. The bonding quality between base layer and incrustation layer is allimportant to piston life, because the material of base piston and wearing ring is different, and there is great difference between their capability, further more, they works in high temperature. The casting process of piston enchased ring influences the bonding quality. The optimization of casting technology and die design of piston enchased wearing ring is helpful to improve the bonding quality, and to lengthen the life of piston enchased ring.
