摘要
热锻模工作时温度场是连续变化的,其第一次工作循环与达到热平衡状态时的温度场之间存在巨大差异。以轿车前轮毂闭式热锻模为例,用DEFORM-2D软件模拟了其全工作过程的温度场,分析了温度场的变化过程和变化规律,得到了热锻模热平衡状态下的温度场,为实际热锻模设计制造提供了理论依据。
The change of temperature field of hot forging die is continuous, and there is a great difference between the temperature field of first working loop and thermal balance. Using DEFORM-2D program, the whole working process for close hot forging die of front-wheel-hub of car was simulated, the law of parameter change of temperature field was analyzed, and the temperature field under thermal balance state was obtained. It can provide reference for the design and making of hot forging die.
