菱锰矿与软锰矿混合矿浆烟气脱硫研究 被引量:9

摘要 在高密度矿浆(液固比3∶1)湿法烟气脱硫中,单组分菱锰矿很难较长时间维持较高的脱硫率,而单组分软锰矿在脱硫时锰浸出率低。针对这些问题,通过配制不同比例菱锰矿和软锰矿的混合矿浆,考察了其对脱硫率、锰浸出率和pH值的影响。研究表明:当混合矿浆中软锰矿与菱锰矿的质量比在1∶1左右时,脱硫率与锰浸出率能同时达到80%以上的较好水平,研究结果可为锰矿资源在工业和环保领域的应用提供一条新途径。 In flue gas desulfurization with high density pulp of manganese ores, single-component rhodoehrosite is difficult to achieve a high effieieney of desulfurization. Whereas single-component pyrolusite ean maintain a high removal effieieney of SO2 for a long period of time(more than 6 hours) ,but Mn^2+ extraction is very low. To obtain high desulfurization and manganese leaching effieieney, rhodoehrosite with different fractions of pyrolusite was investigated. The effect of mixing ratio on removal efficiency of SO2, Mn^2+ extraction and pH value in mixed pulp was also analyzed. The experimental results showed that both the rate of desulfurization and the leaching of manganese can reach better results(more than 80% )when the weight ratio of pyrolusite to rhodoehrosite in mixed pulp is approximate 1 : 1. The results are applicable in manganese production and desulfurization of flue gas industry.
