摘要
本文研究了在一定条件下温度对氨基酸纸层析常数 R_F 及 R_M 的影响,并通过结构分析阐明了各种氨基酸相间分配焓(?)、相间分配熵△(?)和 R_F 的差异。
In this paper,the temperature effect upon the paper-chromatography constants R_F or RM of amino acids under centain conditions has been studied.The differences of distributiue enthalpy ■,distributiue entropy ■ and Re value between amino acids have been discussed on basis of the structure of amino acids.
