La_(0.75)Sr_(0.25-x)Cu_xMnO_3块体材料的室温磁电阻效应 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)制备了名义组分为La0.75Sr0.25-xCuxMnO3(x=0,0.03,0.05,0.07)的块体样品.采用DMAX-RB(12 kW)旋转阳极X射线衍射仪对材料进行了晶体结构的研究.结果显示,样品呈单相菱面体钙钛矿结构.通过研究样品的磁特性及庞磁电阻性质发现,在掺入适量Cu离子后,样品的居里温度TC随Cu含量增加逐渐降低,而样品的庞磁电阻效应有了明显的改善. A series of bulk samples of La0.75Sr0.25-xCuxMnO3(x=0,0.03,0.05,0.07) were prepared with sol-gel method. The phase identification Rigaku MAX-RB diffractometer. The res ovskite structure without any other secon increase of Cu and the magnetoresistance of samples was carried out by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) with a ults indicate that the materials are a single phase rhombohedral perdary phase. The Curie temperature of the samples decreased with the properties of the samples have been improved remarkably.
