摘要
利用某药厂原有处理设施进行工艺改进,采用UASB+好氧流化床+反硝化+硝化工艺处理庆大霉素、麦白霉素生产废水。运行结果表明,出水各项指标均能达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)二级排放标准,工程投资和运行费用较低,并且运行效果稳定。
Wastewater from the production of gentamycin and meleumycin in a pharmaceutical plant was treated by the processes of UASB + aerobic fluidized bed + denitrification + nitrification. The results indicated that all the indexes of the effluent attained the second grade of the national comprehensive sewage discharge standard (GB8978-1996). Both the capital cost and running cost were reduced and the working performance was stable.
