摘要
采用预处理-水解-厌氧-缺氧-好氧工艺,对制药废水进行处理,运行稳定,COD总去除率>98%,排出水COD<300mg·L-1。曝气池COD容积负荷2.0kg·m-·3d-1,溶解氧浓度3.2mg·L-1。每m3废水处理实际运行费用为1.3元。废水的电导率、COD与吸光度之间呈正相关性,可用吸光度或电导率的观测替代COD的观测。
The project runs stability for adopting the technics ofpretreatment - hydrolysis - anaerobion -hypoxia - aeration to treat pharmaceutical wastewater, its total removal rate of COD is more than 98%, discharge water concentration of COD is less than 300 mg·L^-1. COD volume load of the aeration tanks reactor is 2.0 kgCOD·m^-3·d^-1, dissolved oxygen concentrations is 3.2 mg·L^-1. Actual operating costs of the wastewater treatment is 1.3 yuan·m^-3. There was a positive correlation between the conductivity, COD and the absorbance of the wastewater, we may employ the measurement of absorbency or conductivity to replace the measurement of COD.
