摘要
半导体纳米二氧化钛光电催化技术是一项光电效应联同纳米技术催化降解废水技术,能有效的减少太阳能光催化降解废水反应中光生电子于光生空穴的复合,提高量子利用率,从而大幅度提高光电催化效率。综述了半导体纳米二氧化钛光电催化技术的机理,电极的制备,技术的特点及影响因素,纳米二氧化钛光电催化体系在国内外的研究进展,最后展望其在处理废水方面的应用前景。
The semiconductor nano-TiO2 Photoelectrocatalytic technology is a technology of photoelectric and nano-technology catalyzes the degradation waste water .It can be prevented from more recombination efficiently with photoelectrocatalytic, and so that photocatalytic efficiency will be enhanced obviously. The mechanism and the preparation of electrode and characteristics and infection factors of the nano-TiO2 photoelectrocatalytic technology are described. The development of the different varieties of nano-TiO2 photoelectrocatalytic systems were reviewed and discussed. The nano-TiO2 photoelectrocatalytic technology will play an important roles in the treatment of wastewater in the future.
