摘要
驿马乡在劳力转移的同时，随之而来的是耕地撂荒。如何使耕地有效流转，避免撂荒，浪费资源？结合具体实际，本文提出耕地有效流转的主要途径是土地股份合作制。
That the farmland lies waste becomes more and more serious because the farmland can't circulate effectively. Through this analyses the importence in effective circulative of farmland. Thus the artice considers shareholdinng cooperative is the best way to make the farmland circulate effectively.
