摘要
本文讨论以土地信息系统为工具,利用作物缺水指数模型在大面积范围内监测旱情的方法及可行性。作为国家“八·五”攻关项目的一部分在黄淮海平原进行了实时监测,结果表明:基于土地信息系统的图像、图形、数据一体化处理基本上达到了准确,实时监测干旱的目的。
The crop water stress index(CWSI) model was a combination of remote sensing image, graph and meteorological data. This paper studied the method and feasibility of monitroing drought based on CWSI on a large area, using land information system(LIS) as tool. The experimental resulted in Huanghuaihai(HHH) showed that the LIS United remote sensing image. Map grasph and ground station meteorological data. So monitroing accurately and speedily drought in HHH plain was realized basically.
