摘要
地膜和秸秆二元覆盖既有地膜覆盖的增温作用及秸秆覆盖的肥田改土作用，又有双重的蓄水保墒效应。采用该技术不仅可稳产高产，而且省工省时，净收入增加。实践证明，该技术的推广可有效地解决高寒冷凉地区农业发展中的“旱、寒、薄”三个主要限制因素，推动当地农业的发展。
The plastic film mulch can increase the soil temperature,and the straw mulch can improve soil fertility.Besides above advantages, the double mulch can also preserve soil moisture.The application of the double mulching technique not only raises crop yield,but also saves labour and time,so the pure income is increased.It is proved that the extension of this technique can effectively settle three main limitations of drought,low temperature and barrenness existed in the agricultural development of cold area,and it can push the local agricultural development forward.
