摘要 铜是动物必需微量元素之一。本文主要从牛羊的品种、年龄、微量元素、不同形式的铜源、饲料来源、饲料中植酸、蛋白质、添加方式、及其中的互作物质以及铜的吸收和代谢等几方面综述了影响牛羊对铜吸收利用率的因素。通过比较和综合分析这些因素,为临床当中给动物补充铜提供依据和参考。结果表明,只有综合分析,从生产实践出发,按照缺什么补什么、缺多少补多少的原则进行添加,才能提高动物的生产性能。 Copper(Cu) is an essential among trace element for animals. This paper elaborates on effect of factors on animal uptake and utilization rate of copper from the breed and age of animals, trace element, different forms of copper, ration, source of feedstuff, phytase in forage, protein, means of adding and metal substance, absorbable and metabolic copper. Comparision and analysis of these factors provide a basis and reference for adding copper to animals in practice. The result shows that the animal productivity can be enhanced only from the practice by adding what the animal needs after overall analysis,.
