摘要
在传统力平衡加速度传感器技术基础上,通过增加低截止频率的高通滤波电路方法,设计出一种新型无方向选择性的力平衡加速度传感器,使其既可以用来测量水平向低频振动信号,也可以用来测量垂直向低频振动信号。
A nondirectironal accelerometer based on the technology of conventional force balanced aeeelerometer is introduced. In the nondirectironal aceelcrometer, a high passband filter circuit with very low cut-off frequency is used to fulfill nondirectional vibration measurement. So the sensor can be used to measure horizontal vibration signal or vertical vertical vibration.
