Kocher-Langenbeck 入路重建钛板内固定治疗髋臼骨折17例疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察Kocher-Langenbeck 入路重建钛板内固定治疗髋臼骨折的疗效。方法对17例髋臼骨折患者,采用Kocher-Langenbeck入路切开复位、重建钛板内固定治疗。结果17例经治疗后,术中无坐骨神经损伤。髋臼骨折解剖复位10例,满意复位5例,不满意复位2例。随访8-24个月,无内固定松动、断裂和骨折不愈合。1例出现股骨头坏死。根据改良的Postel-D′Aubigine髋臼骨折临床结果评分标准,结果为优6例,良7例,可2例。优良率为76%。结论Kocher-Langenbeck 入路简单易行,显露好,主要适用于髋关节后柱合并后壁、横行、横行合并后壁骨折以及后柱涉及臼顶骨折的手术显露;重建钛板是治疗髋臼骨折内固定物的较好选择。
