姜黄素防治脂肪肝家鸭模型的量效关系及安全性的研究 被引量:3

Studies on Dose-response Relationship and Safety of Curcumin for Preventing and Treating Duck Models of Fatty Liver

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄素防治脂肪肝家鸭模型的量效关系及安全性。方法:复制家鸭脂肪肝模型。整个实验分为两部分完成。第一次实验用成人等效剂量2倍、4倍、8倍的姜黄素进行干预,第二次实验用16倍、32倍的姜黄素干预。考查不同剂量姜黄素对脂肪肝家鸭肝指数、肝脏甘油三酯(TG)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、肝脂酶(HL)水平的影响,以及实验二中姜黄素对肝、肾功能的影响。并进行统计分析。结果:不同剂量姜黄素组与模型组比较均能明显降低肝指数、肝TG、血TG、血清FFA,提高HL活性。并对剂量具有依赖性,在剂量为20-80mg时随剂量递增,效果渐佳;但在剂量为160-320mg时随剂量增加效果降低。并且姜黄素组较模型组能明显改善肝肾功能指标。结论:姜黄素有较强的抗脂肪肝作用,其抗脂肪肝作用与剂量相关,最佳剂量范围为80-160mg。口服给药安全。 Objective :To evaluate the dose-response relationship and safety ofcurcumin for preventing and treating duck models of fatty liver. Methods : Copy duck models of fatty liver. The whole experiment was divided up into two segments. In the first experiment, prevented and treated with eurcumin of 2,4,8 double doses for adult. In the second experiment, prevented and treated with cureumin of 16,32 double doses for adult. To observe the interventional effects of curcumin of d;fferent doses to ratio of liver weight/body weight (liver index) , liver triglyceride (TG) , serum triglyceride (TG) , serum free fatty acids (FFA) , hepatic lipase (HL) in duck models of fatty liver and liver and kidney functional influence in the second experiment. And analyzed in statistical method. Result:Compared with the model group, eureumin of different doses can decrease liver index,liver TG serum TG FFA, and improve the HL activities. And the effect has dependence of,doses, the increase of doses accompanied by gradually adding effect in the 20-80mg doses, but the increase of doses accompanied by gradually lowering effect in the 160-320mg doses. And compared with the model group,curcumin can improve liver and kidney functional index. Conclusion:Curcumin has potent activity a- gainst fatty liver, and its preventing and treating effect was related to the dosage. The best dosage range was 80-160mg. It was safe to be administered by taking orally.
