摘要
目的与方法:选用60例脑梗死急性期患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组均连续服药2周为1个疗程。并于用药前时及用药后4周时测定患者血中IL-1β、ICAM-1的含量以及神经功能的评定,来评价清热通脉胶囊的临床疗效。结果:清热通脉胶囊能显著降低患者血清中IL-1β及ICAM-1的水平,其作用优于益脑复健胶囊;清热通脉胶囊能显著促进脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复,其作用优于益脑复健胶囊。结论:清热通脉胶囊对急性脑梗死有良好的脑保护作用。其作用机制在于通过降低局部脑组织中的IL-1β、ICAM-1的表达水平,从而减轻缺血性炎症反应,起到对缺血脑组织的神经保护作用。
Purpose and methods ： To evaluate the effect of Capsule of Qingre Tongmai on acute cerebcal infarction and discuss it mechanism. This study chosed to patients on acute cerebral ischemia and randomized into two groups. They were, treating group （ treated with Capsule of Qingre Tongmai ）, control group （ treated with Capsule of Yinao Fujian）. Two groups both treated 2 weeks as a course of treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, serum level of IL - 1 and ICAM - 1 were measured by enzyme - linked immu- nosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results ： （1） Capsule of Qingre Tongmai can proaetive acute cerebral ischemia by decreaing the level of IL- I and ICAM -1 in brain and blood. （2） Capsule of Qingre Tongmai can improve the neurologic function of ischemia brain, its effect was better than that of Capsule of Yinao Fujian. Concision：According to the results, capsule of Qingre Tongmai has a good curative effect on acute cerebral ischemia. The main mechanism is that it can eliminate imflammatio by cerebral ischemia. The main mechanism is that it can eliminate inflammatio by decreaing the level of IL - 1 and ICAM - 1 in brain or blood. Mean- while. It can improve the neurologic function of ischamia brain.
