摘要
目的总结感染性心内膜炎患者瓣膜置换围手术期的护理。方法通过对61例感染性心内膜炎患者行心瓣膜置换手术,手术前后给予必要的心理干预,密切监测病情变化,按时、准确、全程使用大剂量抗生素及强心治疗护理,加强营养支持,强调有效的健康教育指导。结果本组61例患者中康复出院57例,占93.5%,其中1例术后早期出现低心排死亡,占1.6%,3例术后出现并发症死亡,占4.9%。结论感染性心内膜炎患者术前病情重,术后并发症发生率高,围手术期有效的处理及护理是手术成功的关键。
Objective Summarize the peri-operative nursing of valves replacement in the infective endocarditis. Methods 61 patients who observed IE have taken the operation of cardiac valves replacement. We give necessary psychological intervene pre -and post-operationlly. Monitoring the changes of the patients＇ conditions carefully. Provide enough antibiotics and cardiac stimulants. Reinforce the nutrition. Emphasize effective health education. Results 57 patients were discharged successfully. 1 patient died because of low cardiac output early after the operation. 3 patients died because of complications. Conclusion The states of the patients observed IE were serious as the complications happened frequently. So the effective peri-operative nursing and management are key point of the operation.
