摘要
目的通过临床检测乙型肝炎病毒大蛋白(LHBs)、乙肝两对半(HBVM)以及HBV DNA,探讨乙型肝炎病毒大蛋白在临床的检测意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测LHBs、HBVM,采用荧光定量PCR方法检测HBV DNA。结果LHBs吸光度(OD值)与HBV DNA呈正相关关系(γ=0.982);乙肝大三阳患者中LHBs与HBV DNA检出率无显著性差异;135例小三阳乙肝患者血清中LHBs阳性率与HBV DNA阳性率无显著性差异,二者的检出一致率为84.44%[(63+51)/135]。结论乙型肝炎病毒大蛋白与HBV DNA有良好的正相关关系,在乙肝大三阳患者以及小三阳患者中检出率和HBVDNA有较高的一致性,LHBs可以很好地反映临床乙肝病毒复制水平,特别是在HBeAg阴性乙肝患者体内病毒复制情况有重要的意义。
Objective Through clinical testing of the hepatitis B virus large proteins （ LHBs）, two pairs of semi-hepatitis B （HBVM） and HBV DNA, to discuss LHBs＇ clinical significance. Methods To detect LHBs, HBVM using ELISA kit and detect HBV DNA using fluorescence quantitative PCR kit. Results LHBs＇ absorbance （OD value） and was positively correlated to HBV DNA （r = 0. 982） . LHBs in HBeAg positive patients was not significantly different to HBV DNA detection. LHBs positive rate and was not significantly different to the HBV DNA in 135 cases of HBeAg negative patients and the two means was agreed at the detection rate of 84. 44% [ （63 ＋ 51 ） /135 ] . Conclusion LHBs and HBV DNA has a greatly positive relationship. LHBs positive rate has a higher degree of consistency to the HBV DNA detection in HBeAg positive or negative patients. LHBs may reflect the level of hepatitis B virus replication, especially in patients with HBeAg-negative and has a important significance.
