摘要
从送检的３１只病死雏鸡中分离出３０株致病菌，其中沙门氏杆菌２７株，分离率９０％，大肠杆菌６株，分离率２０％。对其中５株沙门氏杆菌和４株大肠杆菌进行了系统生化鉴定及血清型鉴定，证实５株沙门氏菌中鸡白痢沙门氏杆菌占６０％（３／５），鸡伤寒沙门氏杆菌占４０％（２／５），４株大肠杆菌中Ｏ２２株，Ｏ６１株，Ｏ１１５１株。对分离菌进行了雏鸡致病力及抗菌药物敏感性试验。
strains pathogens were obtained from 31 sick chickens or dead chickens.The isolation rate of Salmonella was 90%(27/30) and the Escherichia coli was 20%(6/30).The systematic biochemistry and Serological reactions of 5 strains Salmonella and 4 strains E.coli showed that S.Pullorum,S.gallinarum were 60%(3/5)and 40%(2/5) respectivaly,4 strains E.coli serotype belonged to O 2,O 6,O 115 groups.The control strategies are also developed by antibiotics sensitivity test and pathological test in young chickens.
