摘要
本文应用抗粒细胞集落刺激因子(G─CSF)的单克隆抗体、采用间接免疫吸附法对148例足月新生儿脐血清中G─CSF水平进行了测定,并与41例正常小儿及50例成人血清相比较,同时观察了G─CSF水平与其性别、出生体重、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞绝对计数的关系。结果显示11例(7.4%)脐血清G─CSF水平低于0.5ng/ml,137例(89%)G─CSF均高于0.5ng/ml,其平均值为3.4ng士0.05ng/ml,而且G─CSF水平与其性别、出生体重、白细胞总数及中性粒细胞绝对计数无明显相关(P均>0.5);结果还显示1~5个月小儿(41例)及成人血清(50例)G─CSF水平皆低于0.5ng/ml,提示足月新生儿脐血清G─CSF水平大大高于正常小儿及成人水平,本文首次报道中国足月新生儿脐血清G─CSF正常值,为研究新生儿免疫功能及为脐血的合理应用提供了依据。
We measured the serum levels of granulocyte colony--stimulating factor (G--CSF) in thecord boold of 148 normal full--term neonates immediately after birth by enzyme--linked irnmunosorbent assay (ELLSA) for G--CSF and observed the ralationships between the G--CSFlevels and sex, weight of birth, white blood cell count, absolute granulocyte number. 11 outof 148 cases examined (7. 4% ) showed the G--CSF levels below 0. 5ng/ml, in the 137 cases(92. 6% ), the G--CSF levels more than 0. 5ng/ml, the average value were 3. 4± 0. 05ng/ml),wherease the G--CSF levels of normal adults (50 cases) and healthy children (41 cases) werebelow 0. 5ng/ml, which had statistical singificant (P〈O. 001). The relationships between GCSF levels and sex, weight of birth, white blood cell count, absolute granulocyte numberwere not observed (P>0. 5). We first reported the normal value of G--CSF in cord blood ofnormal full--term neonates in China, which has important significant on sutdies the immunological function of neonates and rational use resurrn of cord blood.
