摘要
微RNA(microRNA)作为生物体内一类重要的转录后基因表达调节分子,在细胞发生、分化、增殖、凋亡等过程中发挥重要作用,并且在多种疾病发生发展过程中生物学作用逐步被揭示。现对microRNA研究现状及其与颅颌面疾病相关研究进展作一综述。
MicroRNAs as an important class of endogenous gene regulators at post-transcription level have been found to play essential roles in many biological processes including cellular development, differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis. The biological mechanisms of microRNAs involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases have been revealed gradually. This paper reviews the present situation and progress of the mieroRNAs and their roles in relevant diseases in the craniomaxillofacial region.
