摘要
目的探讨巴马地区长寿老人的血脂水平特征。方法对广西巴马地区198名年龄在90～111岁的老人抽空腹血检测血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白并测体重。结果巴马长寿老人组的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和体重与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论低体重和高密度脂蛋白与长寿可能有一定关系。
Objective To study the feature of serum lipid level in senile people in the longevity region of Bama, Guangxi. Methods Total cholesterol ,low-density lipoprotein,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and body weight were measured among 198 residents aged 90 - 110 years in Bama, Guangxi and 87 residents aged 75 - 90 years in Nanning, Guangxi as control. Results The level of total cholesterol,lowdensity lipoprotein,triglyeeride, high-density lipopretein and body weight in Bama senile people group were significantly different eompared with those in the controls（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Low body weight and high high-density lipoprotein may play roles in longevity.
