摘要
为制定中国健康中老年人血沉参考值(温氏法)的统一标准提供科学依据,本文收集了中国各地测定的健康中老年人血沉参考值(温氏法),并对其与海拔高度的关系进行了研究,发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,健康中老年人血沉参考值(温氏法)在逐渐的减小,相关性很显著,用一元回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程.如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就要用回归方程估算这个地区的健康中老年人血沉参考值(温氏法).
In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value(Wintrobe method) standard of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR, a research is made about relationship between the reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese adult and old people's ESR and altitude, which are determined by the way of Wintrobe method. It is found as the altitude increases gradually, the reference value(wintrobe) of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR decreases gradually, the correlation is quite obvious. Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, two regression equations are given out. If altitude is obtained in some area, the reference value(wintrobe) of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR of this area can be reckoned by using regression equation.
