摘要
经济学是现实世界理性选择的科学,经济学中讲述的资源被限定在与人类需求密切相关的范畴。经济学中的外部性理论、公共产品理论以及边际成本理论对酸雨污染问题的有效解决提供了正确路径。
Whereas the economies is a universal practical science, the resources of the subject are confined to the areas linked to human needs. The author of the paper studies the pollutions caused by acid rains with the external economic theory, public goods theory, and marginal cost theory. The purpose is to find a proper solution.
