摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对糖尿病转归的影响。方法:将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和教育组各30例,教育组除常规药物治疗外辅以健康教育3个月,对照组30例,仅采用常规药物治疗和普通教育。比较两组治疗前、后糖尿病知识掌握情况、遵医行为、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白。结果:治疗后,教育组对糖尿病知识的掌握情况、遵医行为、血糖情况、糖化血红蛋白情况与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后,教育组对糖尿病知识的掌握情况、遵医行为、糖化血红蛋白与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:通过健康教育,使糖尿病患者对疾病知识有正确的认识,使患者和家属正确地对待疾病,或延缓并发症的发生和发展,提高其生活质量。
Objective: To discuss the impact of health education on the improvement of the patients with diabetes. Methods : Sixty patients with diabetes II were divided into control and education group at random ( 30 cases for each group ). Besides routine medication, additional 3 - month health education was given to the patients in education group. Routine medication and common health instruction were taken in control group. The comparison was made in patient' s awareness of knowledge about diabetes, compliance, level of fasting blood glucose, level of postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment between the two groups. Results: In education group , the significant differences were found in the comparison of patient' s mastery of knowledge about diabetes , compliance and the level of glyeosylated hemoglobine before and after treatment( P 〈0. 05, P 〈0.01 ). And there were significant differences in the comparison of all the compared items mentioned above between the two groups after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 , P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Health education can not only help the patients to get more knowledge about diabetes but help their family members have correct understanding on the disease and deal with it as well, which will benefit the patient' s quality of life.
