摘要
对政府信息系统开发外包中的软件开发合约部分进行了研究,以社会福利最大化为目标,根据政府所掌握的难度信息集程度,将博弈过程分为三种情况,并分别建立了三个相应的模型,讨论了政府支付和政府努力水平这两个关键因素的变化,以及难度信息逐渐公开时的期望软件质量。
Software development contract of information system outsourcing for government is researched. The first part aims to social well-fare maximization. Based on difficult information set of government, the game process is classified into three conditions, and three kinds of corresponding model are established respectively. Those models discuss changes of two critical factors ： government pay and government effort level, and expected software quality of gradual public difficult information set.
