两种方法检测消毒剂中醋酸氯己定含量的不确定度比较 被引量:3

COMPARISON OF UNCERTAINTY OF MEASURING CHLORHEXIDINE ACETATE IN DISINFECTANTS WITH TWO DIFFERENT METHODS

摘要 目的比较滴定法与高效液相色谱法检测消毒剂中醋酸氯己定含量的准确度与系统误差。方法应用JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的评定理论进行了测量不确定度比较。结果滴定法与高效液相色谱法测得的消毒剂中醋酸氯己定浓度分别为1.99 g/L及2.02 g/L,扩展不确定度U95分别为0.05 g/L及0.08 g/L,均在可接受的误差范围之内。严格控制环境温度在20℃,使用A级量具有利于提高滴定法的准确度。控制标准曲线的制作过程,有利于提高高效液相色谱法检测结果的准确性。结论滴定法检测消毒剂中醋酸氯己定含量不确定度低于高效液相色谱法,通过控制测定条件可提高检测结果的准确性。 Objective To compare the accuracy and system error of measuring chlorhexidine acetate in disinfectants with titration method and HPLC. Methods According to the evaluation principle in "evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement"(JJF1059 -1999), the uncertainty of measurement by two methods was compared. Results The concentration of chlorhexidine acetate measured by titration and HPLC was 1.99 g/L and 2.02 g/L respectively, the expanded un- certainty U95 was 0.05 g/L and 0.08 g/L respectively, both errors were acceptable. In order to make the result more accu- rate, during the titration, the environment temperature was controlled at about 20℃, and class A sucker was used instead of measuring cylinder to measure the liquid volume. The process of making standard curve was controlled strictly with HPLC method. Conclusions The uncertainty of titration method for measuring chlorhexidine acetate in disinfectant is lower than that of HPLC method. Some key measurement conditions should be controlled strictly so that the accuracy of the result can be improved.
